Return & Refund Policy

At AEtools.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned with all accessories (where applicable).

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products showing signs of use.
  • Items with missing accessories or original packaging.
  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional items (unless damaged or defective).
  • Products damaged after delivery.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
  • If Cash on Delivery (COD) was used, the refund may be processed through a bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Exchange Policy

If you receive the wrong product or a defective item, we will arrange a replacement subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or alternative solution will be offered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Share clear photos of:
    • The product
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label
  • Our support team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), AEtools.pk will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for any other valid reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
