Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Customers may be contacted for order verification before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–3 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–5 Business Days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, order weight, parcel size, and applicable courier charges. Delivery charges are payable in advance for order confirmation and dispatch.

Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on our website or during promotional campaigns.

Order Confirmation

To ensure secure processing and reduce fraudulent orders, AEtools.pk may require an advance payment for selected orders or high-value purchases.

Our support team will contact you to confirm the delivery charges and order details. Delivery charges paid in advance to confirm and process the order for dispatch. Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, the remaining product amount will be payable upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email (where applicable).

Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple delivery attempts due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged parcel or notice any missing items:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Share clear photos of the package and product.
  • Our support team will investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.
