Estimated delivery times are:

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–5 Business Days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order weight, and applicable promotions.

Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on our website or during promotional campaigns.

Order Confirmation

To ensure secure processing and reduce fraudulent orders, AEtools.pk may require an advance payment for selected orders or high-value purchases.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email (where applicable).

Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple delivery attempts due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

If you receive a damaged parcel or notice any missing items:
