DCM66002 True RMS Digital Clamp Meter 600A AC/DC 6000 Counts with NCV

The DCM66002 Digital Clamp Meter is a multi-function measuring tool for electricians, technicians, HVAC engineers, solar installers, and workshop users. It measures AC and DC current up to 600A by simply clamping around a wire, so you do not need to cut or disconnect the circuit. It also measures voltage, resistance, capacitance, frequency, and temperature, so one meter covers most everyday testing jobs.

It has True RMS measurement and a 6000-count display, which gives accurate readings on both clean and distorted signals, such as those from inverters, variable frequency drives, and modern electronic loads. Basic meters often read these wrongly, so True RMS is important for reliable results.

It also has useful extra functions: NCV (non-contact voltage detection) to check for live wires without touching them, LoZ (low impedance) mode to help avoid false “ghost voltage” readings, LPF (low pass filter) for measuring on variable frequency drives (VFD), a phase function, diode test, and data hold to freeze a reading on the screen. Low battery indication and auto power off protect the batteries and tell you when to replace them.

It runs on 3 x LR03 (AAA) batteries, which are included in the box, and comes in a plastic carrying box that keeps the meter protected and easy to store.
